2. Service Description

MathPath Game is an educational mobile game that offers:

• Interactive math game
• Free version with advertisements
• "Ad-Free Lifetime" purchase option to permanently remove ads

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use MathPath Game exclusively for personal and non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the app
• Remove copyright or trademarks from the app
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Sell, rent, or distribute the app

4. "Ad-Free Lifetime" Purchase

4.2 Payment Processing

Purchases are processed through Google Play Store. Google Play's terms and conditions apply.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policy. To request a refund, contact Google Play support within the allowed period (usually 48 hours from purchase).

4.4 No Recurring Subscription

The "Ad-Free Lifetime" purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment. You will not be charged again in the future.

4.5 Purchase Restoration

Your purchase is linked to your Google Play account. If you reinstall the app or change devices, the purchase may need to be restored through the associated Google Play account.

5. Advertising (Free Version)

The free version of MathPath Game displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee that:

• The app will always be available or error-free
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The app will be compatible with all devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

7. Updates and Changes

We may release app updates to:

• Fix bugs
• Add new features
• Improve performance

Updates may be required to continue using the app.

8. Data and Privacy

Your data usage is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
