This Privacy Policy describes how MathPath Game ("we", "our app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

MathPath Game stores the following data only on your device using local storage (SharedPreferences). This data is never sent to our servers:

• Game scores and progress
• User preferences (audio, settings)

Important: We do not collect or store this data on external servers. It remains exclusively on your device.

1.2 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the app displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Google may collect:

• Device advertising identifier (Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device and operating system information
• Ad interaction data

1.3 Leaderboards (Google Play Games Services / Game Center)

To provide global leaderboards and track your scores, we use:

• Google Play Games Services (Android): Collects your Google account ID, username, profile picture (if public), and game scores
• Game Center (iOS): Collects your Apple Game Center ID, username, and game scores

This data is used solely to display leaderboards and achievements. For more information:

1.4 In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)

To manage the "Ad-Free Lifetime" purchase, we use RevenueCat, which processes:

• Purchase ID from Google Play Store / App Store
• Transaction status
• Anonymous device identifier

2. How We Use the Data

• Local data: To save your progress and preferences
• AdMob: To display relevant advertisements (free version only)
• Play Games Services / Game Center: To display global leaderboards and track your ranking
• RevenueCat: To verify the "Ad-Free" purchase status and remove ads accordingly

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except:

• Google AdMob: For ad display
• Google Play Games Services / Game Center: For leaderboards and achievements
• RevenueCat: For in-app purchase management
• Google Play Store / App Store: To process purchase transactions

4. User Account and Login

MathPath Game DOES NOT require creating an account with us. However:

• No registration required
• No email or phone number needed
• Optional: You can sign in with your Google Play Games account (Android) or Game Center account (iOS) to access global leaderboards

Leaderboard login is optional - you can play the game without signing in.

5. Database and Servers

MathPath Game does not use any remote database or backend server. All your game data remains exclusively on your device.

6. Security

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, the risk of data breach is minimal. Locally stored data is protected by your device's security measures.

7. Children's Data

MathPath Game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Third-party services (AdMob) comply with COPPA regulations for child protection.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access: Request what data we have (none, everything is local)
• Deletion: You can delete all data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from device settings
• Portability: Data is only on your device

9. Personalized Advertising

You can limit personalized advertising in your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

Alternatively, purchase the "Ad-Free Lifetime" version to completely remove ads.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We recommend checking this page regularly. Changes are effective immediately upon publication.
